Snow Storm 4 - Soaped Over?

Last of the series, I promise! I couldn't help but see what looks like bushes that were foamed over with soap suds; reminiscent of Bobby Brady adding too much laundry detergent to the washing machine. :-) Photo was taken February 7, 2008.
