Photo Friday: SurrealPosted by Steven (Chicagoland, United States) on 7 March 2008 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio. Within a matter of minutes all of the leaves fell from the Ginko Biloba tree in my front yard. It was a weird look seeing the leaves fall like raindrops and how the leaves seemed to create this blanket on the lawn and street; particularly when you saw that no leaves were blown or run over by passing cars. I thought it was a fluke of nature until I witnessed it again in 2007. Both times were mid-day and what seemed to be the season's first frost. This photo is a bit blurry in the center as a result of trying to stitch together two photos to show more of a panoramic capture.
