@MadScientist: Just wait until you see what another pelican did to a poor little boy's capture of a fish off the pier. :-(

@Ronnie 2¢: I caught a pelican diving off the pier for his catch. :-)

@dj.tigersprout: Yes, I was actually quite close. The pelicans are almost used to people being around them on the pier that they don't fly away if they get the least bit scared.
