We traveled from San Francisco to San Diego along the Pacific Coast Highway back in 2012. But sometimes you miss stops along the way as you didn't think there would be much of a view. After spending time in San Francisco and Walnut Creek back in September, we stayed in Pacifica Beach for a few days to get in beach time and to relax. During that time, we thought we would travel south along the Pacific Coast Highway to take in the views. We came to a pullover spot to take a break from the driving. We got out and walked about 100 feet to see this view revealed to us. Can you see the people close to the edge of the cliff? The Pescadero Beach State Park is what meets the water below.

@Roger Dekert: No, we don't drive in a motorhome. We fly to the general destination and then rent a car, usually a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) so that we are up high and have sweeping views; as long as the windshield is clean.
