Anatomy of a Sunset - 4 of 4

Posted by
Steven (Chicagoland, United States) on 2 June 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

The fourth of four shots I captured on what had to have been one of the clearest nights to observe a sunset. On my final night of sunset watching, I was hoping for green to appear in the form of an "emerald flash" given the night's clear horizon, but it never materialized. Photo taken in Fort Myers Beach, Florida (Friday) March 20, 2009.

Maybe no emerald flash but traces of green are clearly visible in the upper right corner. Super colours!
