The Night of the Blizzard of 2011

We interrupt our tour of Colonial Williamsburg to bring you the latest on the Blizzard of 2011.

View outside my front door at 10:33 PM. The brunt of the storm started about 6 hours earlier and continued into the next day.

It's a pure wonder Steven, mono is a clever choice and exposure is perfect delivering an abstract feel to this unusual and so original picture. You really have has a clever idea. It should deserve a Spotlight. 5 stars for me.

@Curly: I tried a few times to shoot through the windows, but it just wasn't clear enough. I have some window cleaning to do this Spring. I was pleasantly surprised to capture the "blowing" snowflakes. This was shot in auto with no flash.
