Shocking. I must say I find hard to understand how the right to bear arms for self defence/hunting or target shooting permits military style assault rifles to be sold when they are designed for war situations

I remain horrified by events like this. In the aftermath there is only my human empathy and support for those who were affected by this madness, including the entire country as it strives to move forward. I saw pure horror unfolding on the news feeds, and yet the kind of selfless courage at the scene that can only install hope.
