I always thought that these ferns were so amazing. How they are attached to a piece of bark or wood and grow so large. A fabulous image!

Never seen such an expanded version, but these plants were fashion in the 70's in NL.
Anywhere in every house I played as a child was a small 'Hertshoorn' in a hanging basket.
