Discombobulated - What Happened?

This was part of an experiment where I was trying to do an oil and water medium. But in mixing the oil and water, I got more air bubbles than oil bubbles.

But this time, I added dish soap to the mixture of oil and water and the bubbles lost their circular properties and became all discombobulated, as you see here.

I used a clear baking dish that was held in place with my kitchen sink and a computer tablet was placed underneath with various color photos to get the backgrounds.
