the facades have change little in a hundred years, but I would guess there are more coffee bars, craft breweries and bakeries than the hardware, farm supply and dry goods stores of yesteryear. (and I have always wondered about "dry goods").

Except for the cars and paved street, we could be stepping way back in time. A very well preserved past.
