Mother Swan

Mother swan spotted at the Lake Katherine Nature Center and Botanical Gardens in Palos Heights, Illinois.
She was hiding her little cygnets until she stood up.

Please note that a telephoto lens was used to capture this shot. I did not encroach on the nest.
