Divvy bicycles are part of Chicago's bike sharing program. Spotted here is a collection of bikes at a docking station in the downtown.

well, I don't know the brand, so I read it as DIY as in do it yourself, then I saw the Blue Cross/Blue Shield logos, so then I wondered weather accident insurance is included in the rental price! You found and documented a fine repeating pattern
